By Definition Calibration is the process of establishing
the relationship between a measuring device and the units of measure. This is done by comparing a
devise or the output of an instrument to a standard having known measurement characteristics. To improve the quality of the calibration
and have the results accepted by outside organizations it is desirable for the calibration and
subsequent measurements to be "traceable" to the internationally defined measurement units. This
is often accomplished by a formal comparison to a standard which is directly or indirectly
related to national standards. Our Calibration standards are traceable to NPL (National Physical Laboratory), New Delhi.
We undertake calibration of Instruments as per ISO 9001 for a large number of
instruments.
Calibration of instruments is done by us at our well equiped calibration laboratory at Ponda, Goa as well as
onsite at any location in Goa. Calibration of instruments is done by using the proper calibration procedure in
accordance with established norms and practices. Proper care is taken while calibrating the instruments so that the correct readings are obtained.
The instruments we calibrate include pressure, temperature, flow and level instruments both analog as well as digital.
We calibrate electrical instruments such as multimeter, ammeter, voltmeter and ohmmeter.
The converters calibrated include I/P convertor and P/I convertor. Some of the other instruments calibrated include
pH, Conductivity and Humidity instruments, Micrometer Screw Gauge , Vernier Callipers, Steel Rule, Stop Watch, Analytical Weight Box,
Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Feeler Gauge, Frequency meter, Control Valves and actuators. The full list of instruments calibrated by us is given below.
Instrument calibration is done by us at our well equiped Calibration laboratory by our skilled technicians. Besides this we also provide On site Instrument Calibration Services anywhere in Goa, India with prior appointment so that the calibration of instruments is done without disturbing your production schedule.
